It is fundamental to promote a holistic approach to exercise, activity, diet, and supplements for a healthy lifestyle focused on rejuvenation, functionality, balance, and longevity. I reject the preconception that it is necessary to punish one’s body with demanding exercise to achieve positive physical results.

Additionally, I believe it is of the utmost importance to consider each individual’s unique physical starting point, areas of discomfort, and medical directives, as well as their personality, existing lifestyle, and ultimate fitness goals in order to assemble a successful personalized fitness program.

 

Furthermore, successful fitness programs for individuals over the age of 50 must focus on “functional fitness,” or, the maintaining of existing muscle mass, metabolism, mobility, range of motion, stability, and physical confidence in every-day activity.
